It’s Monday the Eight of November and two Elves have come in from Knights plc to start wrapping presents for deserving children this upcoming Christmas. We welcomed Sophie Fawcett and Sylvia Rose to Santa’s Workshop and they brightened the other Elves day.

They were the first of many volunteers that will come to wrap presents because either their employers have been kind enough to release them for a morning or they are individuals that wish to help spread a little joy at Christmas.

For most of November and December many local Leicestershire businesses / enterprises encourage some of their staff to come to Santa’s Workshop to wrap presents and they also supply us with new toys. We at Toys on the Table are grateful for the support of local businesses and their staff

We are hoping that the people of Leicestershire, despite the cost of energy, the cost of living crisis and inflation, will continue to support us in our efforts to provide new toys to deserving children this Christmas.
