Toys on the Table up and running for 2021

It is that time of year again and the Elves in Santa’s workshop have been busy through much of this year.

The TOTT campaign for 2021 was launched on Thursday 4th November on BBC Radio Leicester when Arun Varma interviewed our chairman Malcom Clarke.

The response of the people of Leicestershire and Rutland in 2020 was amazing and allowed Toys on the Table to provide presents to more than 4,300 children. So once again we ask that you think of deserving children who may otherwise not get a present this Christmas and donate a toy at one of our collection points, or check our web site on other ways in which you can make a donation. We try to distribute presents to children from birth up to age 16 and do please remember that older children are still children.

As I write this snippet of news, I can tell you that we have already received referrals for 860 children and so it is likely that we may exceed last years number.

I must also say an early thankyou to the many companies and employees within companies that have been in contact with us asking if they can either once again or for the first time, support Toys on the Table with the donation of toys/gifts.

Let us make many children’s Christmas this year a Happy Christmas, by all of us working together.

THANK YOU
